This website (Luxury Residences Abu Dhabi) is operated by Noard Real Estate LLC, a real estate company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Noard Real Estate LLC is responsible for the personal data collected through this website and through our related advertising forms. This policy is written with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in mind.

Information you give us: our website contact form collects your name, email address, phone country code, phone number and optional message. We also record that the enquiry came from the contact form. Our related Meta lead forms and conversations may collect your country of residence and answers about your property interests, such as your preferred market, budget or timing, when you provide them. The phone country code is not a separate country-of-residence field.

Information collected automatically: Google Analytics 4 collects technical and usage information, such as device and browser type, pages visited and referral information, through cookies and similar technologies. Google uses IP addresses to derive approximate location information; Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. We measure page views, successful contact-form submissions and clicks on WhatsApp, telephone and email links. Our custom lead and contact-click events contain the page path, not your name, email address, phone number or message.

We collect information through the contact and enquiry form on this website; through lead forms in our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram (Meta); through email, phone and WhatsApp conversations with our team; and through cookies and Google Analytics on this website.

Website contact submissions are saved in our Lovable Cloud database. After a submission is saved, the website sends a plain-text notification through Gmail to Klaas@Noardrealestate.com containing your name, email address, phone number, the page and your message.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry and contact you, for example for an introductory call; to send you information about projects and our services (purchase, rental and property management); to send updates or newsletters only if you have agreed to this, with the option to unsubscribe at any time; to improve our website and measure the effectiveness of our advertising; and to comply with legal obligations, such as identity and anti-money-laundering checks when a purchase goes ahead.

We process your data based on your consent, to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement, for our legitimate interests (such as responding to enquiries and improving our services), or to comply with legal obligations, as applicable under the relevant law.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it where necessary with service providers that work on our behalf: Lovable Cloud for website hosting and contact-submission storage, Google Gmail for notification emails, Google Analytics for website measurement, and Meta for lead forms on Facebook and Instagram. We may also share it with real estate developers or partners involved in a purchase, only when relevant to your request and with your knowledge, and with authorities when we are legally required to.

Our team and service providers may process your data outside your country of residence, including in the United Arab Emirates, the European Union and the United States. Where this happens, we take appropriate measures to protect your data.

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the UAE Data Office or the authority in your country of residence.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 cookies and similar technologies to distinguish visitors and sessions and measure page views and interactions. These include the _ga cookie and measurement-specific _ga_* cookies. Two Google Analytics measurement IDs are configured. Successful enquiries and WhatsApp, telephone and email-link clicks are measured using page-path events without the contents of your enquiry.

Google Analytics loads when you visit the site. This website does not currently provide a cookie banner or consent-management tool. You can manage, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Meta lead forms are hosted on Facebook and Instagram and are also subject to Meta's own privacy and cookie policies; this website does not use a Meta Pixel.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
